Realized Solutions Continues Support Of Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters For Six Years Running
The Realized Solutions team has once again donated 10 bikes and helmets to Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters.
The Realized Solutions team is proud to continue our support of Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters this year. For the sixth year in a row, we’ve donated ten bicycles and helmets, bringing our total to 60 donated bicycles since our first year.
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we were unable to continue our team-building component of this initiative. While we would normally assemble the bikes together as a team, we worked with local cycling shop Biker’s Edge who assembled them for us for the second year in a row — supporting a local business like them for the last few years as part of this initiative has continued to be a silver lining.
For more than a century, Big Brothers Big Sisters has worked to help children grow, succeed and thrive. Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters is Connecticut’s largest volunteer mentoring network, serving over 132 towns throughout the state. Realized Solutions is honored to be a part of their contribution to the quality of life for children throughout our community.
We look forward to continuing our support of Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters in the coming years, especially when we’ll be able to put the bikes together as a team.
