You can also type /keys in the Command Box to see shortcuts for Windows, Mac, and the web app.

2. Try Quick Navigation Shortcuts

Quick navigation shortcuts let you jump between Activity, Chat, Teams, Calendar, Calls, and Files instantly.
Examples:

  • CTRL + 1 for Activity
  • CTRL + 2 for Chat
  • CTRL + 3 for Teams

If you use the web app, add SHIFT (example: SHIFT + CTRL + 1).

3. Update Your Status

Teams syncs with your Outlook Calendar, but you can also set your own status.
Status options include Available, Busy, Do Not Disturb, Be Right Back, Appear Away, and Offline.
